CTV Montreal shares the news that three major projects fighting breast cancer are getting an extra $10 million in funding from the Canadian Cancer Society and other partners. One of these projects is a collaboration between Aspect Biosystems, Merck, GlaxoSmithKline, and the Goodman Cancer Research Centre at McGill University. Through this collaboration, Dr. Morag Park at the Goodman Cancer Research Centre will use an RX1™ Bioprinter to reproduce a tumour from the cells of a breast cancer patient.
